Folios 237-238: Wilson & Mcinerheny, Navy Agents, 1 James Street, Adelphi, [London]. Captain Michael Seymour acted as Captain of HMS Ville de Paris by virtue of the enclosed orders [not present] between 6 October 1801 and 16 October 1801 and between 6 April 1803 and 9 May 1803. In view of the shortness of these periods asks for an order to pay him without passing an account for the ship.
