Folio 161: John Seater, HMS Leyden, Swin. Receipt of order from Rear Admiral Rowley dated 15 [February 1804] to state the case of Henry Johnson. he was sent on board the ship in a draft of men from HMS Zealand on 16 May [1803]. it seems he was impressed on 13 [May 1803] out of the American ship Sally at Gravesend, having no documents to prove his citizenship.
