Folio 138: Isaac Schonberg, Sea Fencibles, Hastings. John Sinden, a Sea Fencible belonging to his district, has been impressed by Lieutenant Mitchell of HMS Haughty gun brig off Dungeness out of the Lord Duncan cutter of Hastings. The vessel is within the limits in which he is authorised to post protection. The man is 46 years old with a wife and 7 young children. Asks for directions for him to be released.
