Folio 133: Matthew Henry Scott, HMS Niobe, Spithead. He arrived there late last night. Off Cherbourg yesterday morning a French cutter with a French flag came out with Sir George Rumbold, HM Charge des Affaires at Hamburg on board.. The commander was directed to put him on board the first English man of war he met.
