Folio 129: Matthew Henry Scott, HMS Niobe, Plymouth Sound. On 5 [September 1804] he sent a joint letter from the Pursers of HMS Niobe and HMS [..], properly approved and signed by the Commissioners, and asked them to be granted the requested exchange. HMS Niobe is ready for sea and will sail for Guernsey today. If the exchange is approved requests to be informed of it at Guernsey.
