Folios 262-263: William Sidney Smith, HMS Antelope, the Nore. Asks that Carpenter Robert Stewart. who is now aged 54, be allowed to exchange duties with James Bray, Carpenter of HMS Tigre. Postscript. 27 March. As he has just received the reply to his request for the Gunner to be allowed to exchange, asks if the two warrant officers on the Antelope can be replaced somehow. Encloses an abstract of certificates relating to the Gunner.
