Folios 218-219: Alexander Skene, HMS Lapwing, the Nore. Reports he detained and sent into Yarmouth the vessel Henrietta, from Batavia and Canton via the Cape of Good Hope. He found many public and private documents aboard her, which he has given into the custody of the officers at Yarmouth.
