Reports he has refused to discharge Thomas Banks, Shipwright, who is claimed by Milburn Malmsey & Co, because he has information that he has used the sea before. Believes many of the Carpenters, when they reach the end of their indentures, go to sea as Carpenters to their Master's ships.
