Folios 182-183: Alexander Skene, HMS Lapwing, North Shields. Acknowledges the letter concerning the men he sent to the Nore in HMS Mynx [HMS Minx]. Because of his difficulty in securing men in Shields, asks that two gun brigs be sent to carry men to the Nore.
