Folios 180-181: Alexander Skene, HMS Lapwing, North Shields. Asks that a tender be sent to Shields with a press room for holding impressed, men, as several good seamen have been able to escape. Would also suggest that the men be supplied with beer rather than grog. Acknowledges the order to supply Captain McKenzie with one of the Lapwing's cutters.
