Folios 137-138: John Simpson, HMS Tourterelle, Greenock. Encloses [not present] a weekly account and reports he has sent 31 Supernumeraries in the Royal George Revenue Cutter. The balance will go aboard another cutter which Regulating Captain Sandford Tatham is arranging. He will keep William Quince aboard the Tourterelle until his case is decided. Reports the armed merchant ship Lord Forbes is lacking ammunition for her guns.
