Folios 133-134: John Simpson, HMS Tourterelle, Greenock. Includes a letter received from Regulating Captain Sandford Tatham but reports that, as the enclosed [not present] weekly account shows, the only men he has been asked to receive are Supernumeraries if he could transport them to Plymouth. Asks for directions about the newly-raised men, as most come aboard with no Slops or bedding.
Folio 134: Copy of a letter from Sandford Tatham, Regulating Captain, Greenock, to Commander John Simpson, HMS Tourterelle. As the Gypsy tender is being paid off, asks him to take the Lieutenant, Gang and the newly-raised men into the Tourterelle.
