Folios 263-264. Letter dated at St James's from Lord Rochford to Lord Harcourt that unless Harcourt can see any objection, Captain Henry Hope, commanding officer of the three companies belonging to the 27th Foot stationed in the Isle of Man, is to continue as Lieutenant-Governor and remain there after the departure of those companies for Ireland.
