Folios: 226-227. Samuel Sutton, HMS Amazon, the Downs. Responding to the express orders to stop the ships that were concerned with the Dutch ship at Hellevoetsluis bound for Batavia with troops. Immediately HMS Nemesis and Brilliant were stopped from sailing and this information was sent by post.
