Folios 147-148: Christopher Strachey, HMS Jalouse, Greenhithe. Asks for his Lieutenant to have an interview as soon as possible to explain the cause of the unfortunate accident. The Pilot was deceived by the distance from the Nore and about 8 feet of the false keel damaged on the mooring chains. The men that were received from HMS Latona have been put on HMS Assistance. The Ebb tide was missed and are waiting for the flood.
