Folios 134-135: Christopher Strachey, HMS Jalouse, Sheerness. Assumes that the Admiralty is aware of the reason the ship is detained in part and therefore he is unable to carry out the directions to proceed to Harwich and has out himself under the command of Captain Charles [Smart?] of HMS Unicorn. The Jalouse will not be ready for 3 weeks. Captain Strachey requests that he may open a Rendezvous in London in order he has enough men to proceed to sea and follow his orders. The Jalouse urgently needs the repair following twice on shore and lost part of the false keel.
