Description

Folios 89-90: James Stevenson, HMS Africaine, Deptford. Reports his arrival and assures that the ship will be cleaned and delivered to the Officers of HM Dockyard straight away. He encloses the state and condition of the ship and a list of Commissioned and Warrant Officers.
