Folios 74-75: John Steven, HMS Chichester, Sheerness. Recalls that within the accounts that were passed for the period up to 31st December 1801 there was no imprest against his wages. Asks that he is granted a dispensation not to pass the accounts from 1st January to 28 April 1802 the day the ship was passed off, since these will the same for that time as for a 12 months account, namely £5/5 shillings.
