Description

Folios 283-284: Philip Somerville, HMS Nemesis, Milford Haven. Encloses [not present] the state and condition of HMS Seagull. Reports that he has now been three months on this station, which means he must discharge his Pilot unless the Admiralty give permission for him to stay. Asks if he can keep the Pilot for the winter months.
