Folios 247-248: William Sidney Smith, Blackheath. As he is about to take a cruise in his yacht, he has asked Custom House to issue the document which shows the vessel is a prize, so the Admiralty can license it. Mr Dipnal [?] says he has done this, asks for the license to be sent to him.
