Description

Folios 165-166: James Keith Shepard, HMS Phoebe, Sheerness. Reminds the Admiralty that while in command of HMS Redoubt he was asked to comment on the qualifications of his warrant officers. He believes Boatswain John Sobey is the only one of these not yet provided for, is happy to recommend him.
