Folios 142-143: Orders signed by Captain James Keith Shepard, HMS Phoebe, Sheerness, to Lieutenant James Wallace Gabriel, 29 June 1802. He is ordered to take Midshipman John Miller with him and to go London to raise men for the ship, reporting to the Admiralty for further instructions.
Folio 144: Admiralty slip with directions about the further orders to be given to Lieutenant James Wallace Gabriel.
