Folios 136-137: enclosure with folios 134-135. Letter dated 16 July 1802 by Marine Lieutenant Thomas Weaver, HMS Phoebe, Sheerness, to Captain James Keith Shepard. Reports that many of the Marine party are either infirm, foreigners, or unfit for duty. Suggests they should be relieved.
