Has received instructions to report the name of the First Lieutenant on HMS Revenge at the close of the Action of 21st October [Trafalgar] and the nature of his conduct, he is Lewis Hole and his conduct throughout claims my full approbation, in addition he commends John Campbell, Master's Mate whose conduct is deserving of promotion.
