Folios 268-269: Joseph Short, Lynn. Reporting that he has just seen a letter from an attorney's clerk threatening Lieutenant Seymor's Midshipman on consequence of Robert Bobbit being impressed and requests directions on what to do with him. On 17 April 1800 Short wrote that Thomas Wright, a deserter had been apprehended at Cromer and requesting his expenses but had not yet received them.
