Folios 253-254: Joseph Short, Wells. Concerning Robert Bobbit, who Lieutenant Seymor told the midshipman to detain him. Bobbit claims to be employed on an oyster smack. He will be sent by tender to Lynn to await further orders. Seymor received information about a deserter and apprehended Thomas Wright at Cromer from HMS Zeeland. He requests that Seymor can charge his travelling expenses.
