Folios 238-239: Joseph Short, Lynn. Enclosing a return [not present] where you will see that the tender sailed with 12 men & 2 boys from the Rendezvous and 8 men from Wells and 30 neutrals to be put on HMS Kent in Yarmouth Roads be disposed off by Lord Duncan. He has also received a letter from Daniel Woodriff that he had 24 neutral volunteers, the [Tedis Anservrey?]which he wants to send to the Nore.
