Folios 181-182: Alexander Schomberg, HMS Rambler, Portsmouth. He has been asked about Morna William Hilliam, boy who arrived on board February 1797 at Chatham and said he was not an apprentice. His father was with him when he entered.
Folios 183-184: enclosure with folios 181-182. Petition dated 8 December 1799 by George Tilfer, Fisherman. William Hilliam ran away from his service and is aboard HMS Rambler. He is only 16 and should be released.
