Folios 137-138: George Sayles, HMS Xenophon, Sheerness. The trade for the Elbe and Emms is liable to be met by several Dutch vessles lurking in the entrance just outside the neutral zone. A convoy could approach without going all the way in if a small vessel was ordered to accompany them.
