Folios 446-447: Matthew Smith, Tower of London. States being prevented from laying before the Admiralty circumstances that he had hoped might weight with them to alleviate his present situation. By the members of the Court Martial that took place on the Conduct of HMS Centurion and HMS Diomede not having been sent to the Admiralty. Request a copy of the Court Martial proceedings.
