Folio 375: Enclosure with folios 373-376: Letter dated 22 July 1796 by Rear Admiral William Parker, HMS Hannibal, Mole St Nicholas to Edward Tyrrel Smith. Letter of appointment as Captain of HMS Hannibal on the death of Captain Thomas Lewis. Copy dated 1 August 1797. Signed by Edward Tyrrel Smith.
