Folios 369-370: William Skipsey, HMS Pheasant, Portsmouth. Reports that Lieutenant Samuel Churchill Faulkner has today joined HMS Pheasant but is in such a bad state of health he has been sent to sick quarters. The ship is ready to proceed to Spithead, he request the appointment of another.
