Folios 355-356: Joseph Short, [Regulating Officer], Lynn [Kings Lynn]. Reports that amongst the Dutch prisoners that passed through here today on their way to Norman Cross Prison there were several Neutrals that wished to enter into the Navy. The Tender has arrived this morning and he will soon have her away again on Thursday
