Folios 353-354: Joseph Short, [Regulating Officer], Lynn [Kings Lynn]. Covering letter for the enclosed [not present] return of this Rendezvous between 4 November 1798 and 17 November 1798. Not having the return from Norman Cross prevented him doing it last Sunday. The tender having meet very bad weather has not returned but when it does he will embark the men immediately. Report that yesterday he apprehended a Frenchman, deserter from Norman Cross prison, he has acquainted Captain Daniel Woodriff the superintendent and will return him.
