Folios 351-352: Joseph Short, [Regulating Officer], Norman Cross. He reports that he has regulated Forty Eight Neutrals which he will set off with tomorrow morning having hired a lighter to convey them to Lynn, they are very ragged and dirty, he therefore requests to be allowed to give them their entering shilling which will enable them to buy a little soap for their cloths and flesh and get their hair cut.
