Folios 265-266: Joseph Short, [Regulating Officer], Lynn [Kings Lynn]. Covering letter for the enclosed weekly return. He informs that a Volunteer coming from Crowland informed him that there were two or three of his acquaintances in that town that would enter if there was a person sent for them, in consequence he has sent a Midshipman & two men, he hopes they will allow Lieutenant William Dalton to charge their expenses in his account.
