Folios 184-185: James Keith Shepard, HMS Redoubt, Humber. Covering letter for the enclosed survey taken on two Officers belonging to HMS Redoubt and request the appointment of a Lieutenant to supercede [Lieutenant] Mr George Anthony Orton who is at sick Quarters at Hull.
Folio 186: enclosure with folios 184-185. Survey Ordered by Captain Isaac Wolley, HMS Nonsuch, Humber dated 26 August 1798. On Lieutenant George Anthony Orton and Mr Nicholas Ladd - Master.
