Folios 180-181: James Keith Shepard, HMS Sulphur, St Helena. Reports his arrival last night having left the coast of France on 20 June 1798 as per orders of Sir Richard John Strachan [(6th Baronet of Thornton, Kincardine)] and that he will proceed to Spithead as soon as the wind and tide permit so as to get her damage repaired. Enclosed [not present] a weekly Account and the State of the Defects.
