Folios 320-321: Charles Stirling, HMS Jason, Falmouth. John Fitzpatrick has been arrested ashore while appearing to be deserting the ship. Charles Stirling says that he was involved in the recent mutiny and was the only person to insult the Officers. William Miller deserted and is now aboard HMS Neptune. He was a delegate during the mutiny. Charles Stirling intends to bring him to a Court Martial.
Folio 322: enclosed with folios 320-321. Admiralty note relating to the letter received from Charles Stirling, HMS Jason. December 6th. 1797. John Fitzpatrick is to be sent to the Nore where he is to serve as an Ordinary Seaman. William Miller cannot be brought to a Court Martial as he is covered by the King's Pardon.
