Ground floor plan, front elevation and sections of proposed wooden house, showing roofs, chimneys, windows, doors, shutters, rooms, verandah, stairs and dimensions: number 7. Scale: 1 inch to 10 feet. A note states: 'Enclosure O.W. 937/84. Gaol Constable's quarters added by Mr Donaldson to Mr Marshall's place D.M. 16/84'.
