Folios 227-228: Thomas Sotheby, HMS Andromeda, Weaser. On March 9 1795 as ordered by Vice Admiral Peyton, he left with seven named ships and 99 transports. The Peggy was delayed by ice at Bremer. He took the transports to the Weaser. Lieutenant Priestland told him that General Harcourt wanted all the troops landed at Bremer which he will do when he can.
Folios 229-230: enclosure with folios 227-228. Extract from HMS Andromeda's log book by Thomas Sotheby. 9 to 20 March 1795. Description of bad weather and voyage. Mentions 12 named ships and Heligoland, Weaser and Bremer.
