Folios 218-219: Thomas Sotheby, HMS Andromeda, Sheerness. In answer to the letter of January 17 1795, he impressed Peter Begland from the Favourite Harry on suspicion of a false certificate. He has since volunteered to serve aboard so he asks whether he should discharge him.
