Description

Folios 174-175: John Samuel Smith, Regulating Officer, Gosport. He asks what his new district will be after the Act of Parliament and whether he will be allowed a Surgeon.

Folio 176: enclosure with folios 172-173. Records from the Gosport Rendezvous John Samuel Smith 22 to 29 March 1795. Thomas Jeffrey, HMS Prince, Royal George, Swan, Captain Smith and Mother Bank are mentioned.
