Folios 170-171: William Sidney Smith, London. Asks for his half pay from July 1st 1792 to May 13 1794. After May 14 1793, he was at Smyrna getting pilots for Captain Inglefield, sailing to the Levant to apprise the enemy's Tunis squadron and afterwards at Toulon superintending Gunboats until he was commissioned to HMS Diamond on April 3 1793. He has had no pay for these services.
