Folios 150-151: Edward Tye Smith, HMS Abergavenny, St Helens. John Bartlett and Thomas Williams had the bounty and an advance and have deserted on 23 September 1795 and were found on board the Nelly transport, Master John Gardner so he asks for a Courts Martial.
