Folios 249-250: Charles Robb, Anstruther. Responding to Admiralty request for information on Richard Cleary. He perfectly recollects Cleary who was with him in HMS Charwell from November 1808 to February 1809, and again in the Boadicea from May 1810 until 23 July 1810, at which point Robb left the ship to return to England with despatches. He says the day after he left the ship there had been a schooner fitted out by her, and he believes manned from her crew, but he doesn't know if Cleary was one of those crew members chosen.
