Description

Folios 214-215: Wilson Rathborne, North Shields. Responding to Mr Barrow's request of 20 February he is sending information on William Potts, now aboard the tender Eliza. Potts was impressed by Lieut. Says Potts is an active young man, fit for the Navy.
