Folios 147-148: Wilson Rathborne, North Shields. Responding to Mr Barrow's letter of 3 February, regarding George Lisle, now aboard the Eliza tender. Lisle was impressed by Lieutenant Flinn at South Shields on 25 January and kept for the Service as being over 3 years apprenticed at sea and over 18. He is said to have an infirmity in one foot but the surgeon passed him as fit.
Folios 149-150: enclosure with folios 147-148. Letter dated 31 Jan 1812 by Jonathan Cockerill, North Shields, asking to pay the stipulated sum of money for the discharge of George Lisle, repeating that he has an infirmity of one foot and is only an ordinary seaman.
