Short title: Suckling v Spratt.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Suckling Esquire, Charles Smyth Gent, and Hester Shelton widow, Executors and Executrix of the last will and testament of Henry Shelton late of Barningham in the County of Suffolk.

Defendant(s): Andrew Spratt, Henry Damond, John Smyth clerk, George Smyth gent, Dorothy Huby widow, Robert Tite and Francis Andrews

Subject of depositions: Concerning the will of Henry Shelton. Dispute over the extent of Henry Shelton's estate and the Manor of Shelton in Norfolk.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 28 November 1693.

Additional information: Interrogatories and depositions taken 16 January 1694 at the house of Robert Cluttleburg being the sign of the white swan in the parish of Stratton St Mary in the County of Norfolk.
