Folios 408-409: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Sends a letter regarding a Greenland man whose Protection he retained, for having, in company with another Greenland man (whose Protection was also retained) rescued a man from the Impress Officers at South Shields. Requests instructions. The two men escaped, leaving their Protections with the Midshipman.
Folios 410-411: enclosure with folios 408-409. Letter dated 2 December 1811 from John Wilkinson, 249 Wapping, London.
